Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Adarna website and portals and set out the standard commercial terms on which Talent Torch Recruitment Limited, trading as Adarna ("Adarna", "we") provides its recruitment service. If you sign a separate agreement with us, that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent they conflict.

What Adarna is (and isn't)

Adarna is a recruitment service: we source, assess, and shortlist Philippines-based Customer Support and Support Admin candidates for UK businesses. At the hire moment you choose one of two routes. On a direct hire (the route these terms describe) we act as an employment agency: the working relationship (contract, pay, management) is directly between you and the person you hire. On a monthly seat, we act as an employment business: Adarna engages and pays the operator and runs the relationship around them, governed by our Seat Subscription Terms in addition to the general provisions here.

Client terms

Fees

• Every search starts with a £399 Search Deposit. On a direct hire, the total fee is £3,899: the Search Deposit plus a £3,500 success fee payable when your hire is confirmed. That is, when you and the candidate have agreed and signed terms.
• The Search Deposit is part of the direct-hire total, not an extra.
• On a monthly seat there is no success fee, the seat's monthly fee applies instead, under the Seat Subscription Terms.
• Success-fee invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice.

No hire, no fee

If your search closes without you hiring anyone, we refund the £399 Search Deposit in full.

The shortlist

We aim to deliver a shortlist of three vetted candidates within 10 working days of your search launching (Search Deposit paid). Interviewing, deciding, and signing are in your hands and sit outside that window. Candidate profiles, assessment summaries, and work samples we share with you are confidential. Use them only to evaluate candidates for your role.

Replacement guarantee

• If your hired candidate does not work out within 90 days of hire, we will find one replacement (same role scope, same compensation, same shift pattern) within the original 90-day window.
• The guarantee is void if the success-fee invoice is unpaid.
• Our replacement obligation is limited to that one replacement search.

Introductions

If we introduce a candidate to you and you (or an affiliate) engage them in any capacity within 12 months of the introduction (including outside the original search), the success fee becomes payable. "Introduce" means giving you the candidate's profile, assessment materials, or contact details. Taking the candidate as a monthly seat through Adarna is not a breach of this clause, the seat's monthly fee applies instead of the success fee.

Candidate terms

• Applying to and using the Adarna bench is free for candidates. We never charge candidates a fee.
• You confirm the information you give us (identity, work history, availability, salary expectations) is accurate. Misrepresentation (including having someone else complete your assessments) leads to removal from the bench.
• Assessments include recorded video answers; by starting the assessment you consent to us recording, transcribing, and assessing them as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Being on the bench does not guarantee you'll be matched or placed, and Adarna is not your employer. Any employment or contracting relationship is between you and the hiring client.

Portals and acceptable use

Portal access is personal to you; keep your sign-in links private. Don't misuse the service, including attempting to access others' data, scraping, disrupting the platform, or using candidate information for anything other than the hiring purpose it was shared for.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our total liability to a client arising from a search is limited to the fees paid for that search, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Hiring decisions are yours: we assess candidates diligently, but we do not guarantee any candidate's performance.

General

• We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Searches already paid for stay on the terms they started on.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
